Our in-house 3D printing capability accelerates product development by enabling same-day production of prototype components, optical mock-ups, and functional test fixtures. Using FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) technology with engineering-grade thermoplastics, we can validate form, fit, and function of new luminaire designs within hours rather than weeks — a critical advantage in serving projects with tight design timelines.

Beyond prototyping, we leverage 3D printing for production of end-use components such as custom reflector optics, wire management clips, driver mounting brackets, and bespoke trim pieces. Additive manufacturing allows geometries — internal channels, lattice structures, organic contours — that are impossible to achieve through CNC machining or injection moulding, unlocking new possibilities in thermal management and optical performance for REIZ intelligent lighting products.
