Complete In-House Assembly
Our inhouse assembly department brings together every manufactured and sourced component into the finished REIZ luminaire. Skilled assembly technicians follow detailed work instructions that sequence every step — PCB and driver mounting, LED module placement, reflector and optic alignment, wiring and termination, gasket seating, and enclosure closure — ensuring that every product is built to the same exacting standard regardless of production volume.
Keeping assembly in-house gives us complete control over the final quality of every luminaire that leaves our factory. Each completed fixture undergoes a powered functional test where electrical parameters, light output, and control interface operation are verified before the product proceeds to final inspection, laser marking, and packaging. This integrated approach eliminates the quality risks associated with outsourced assembly and enables us to offer custom configurations and rapid fulfilment for project-specific requirements.
