Our in-house welding facility employs TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding technologies to fabricate luminaire bodies, brackets, and structural assemblies with uncompromising strength. Each weld is executed by certified technicians who understand the metallurgical requirements of aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel components used in REIZ lighting products.
Beyond structural integrity, our welding processes are optimised for aesthetic outcomes. Smooth, clean weld seams require minimal post-processing, preserving the sleek visual language of REIZ architectural luminaires. Every welded assembly undergoes visual inspection and, where specified, dye-penetrant testing to verify joint integrity before advancing to the next production stage.
