At ReizIndia, we subject our LED drivers to intense high-voltage and surge testing to ensure unmatched reliability and safety.
Using automatic HV testing systems, we evaluate the durability of internal components by gradually increasing voltage levels up to 8kV+, replicating real-world electrical stress conditions. Controlled HV surges between 4kV-10kV are superimposed onto our drivers, simulating extreme surge events to test insulation breakdown thresholds and validate surge immunity.
