Vibro Finishing

Vibratory mass finishing for deburring, edge radiusing, and surface refinement of machined metal components prior to coating and assembly.

Vibro finishing process for metal component surface refinement

Surface Refinement

Vibratory Mass Finishing

Our vibro finishing equipment processes batches of machined and fabricated metal components through controlled vibratory action with ceramic, plastic, or organic media. This gentle but effective process removes sharp edges, machining burrs, and surface irregularities that could compromise coating adhesion, assembly fit, or finished appearance. Components emerge with uniformly radiused edges and a consistent surface texture ready for powder coating or anodising.

Vibro finishing is a critical step between CNC machining and surface finishing. By eliminating manual deburring, it ensures process consistency while dramatically reducing per-part processing time. For architectural luminaire components where tactile quality and visual refinement are as important as mechanical function, this automated finishing step guarantees that every part leaving our machine shop meets the exacting standards our customers expect from REIZ products.
